IS Specialist I - Vermont Federal CU

Responsibilities include monitoring system operations, establishing user profiles, user environments, directories and security access on LAN; acting as primary contact for hardware and software issues and maintaining PC’s and PC applications. Designing and maintaining systems documentation, processing logs and inventory of equipment and providing off-hours support when necessary.

Job Requirements: Knowledge of computer system hardware, telecommunications equipment, operating systems and network components is required. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Education Requirements: Associates Degree or equivalent training.
 

Residential Loan Processor - Vermont Federal CU

Reviews residential loan application files to verify that application data is complete and meets standards. Recommends that loans not meeting standards be denied. Mails approval and denial letters to applicants. Contacts outside organizations to verify accuracy of loan application information, and obtains property abstract, survey and appraisals. Types loan application forms and submits loan files for underwriting approval.

Job Requirements: Two years of similar or related experience.
Education Requirements: A high school diploma.

Support Services Analyst - NorthCountry Federal CU

Job responsibilities include:

Ensuring appropriate records exist for each member relationship;

Following procedures to complete assigned transaction and settlement activities;

Administering daily overdraft processing and deposit risk management; and

Director of Lending - Ticonderoga Federal CU

Experienced, motivated individual sought for our $68 million credit union located in Ticonderoga, NY to fill an available senior management position in our lending department. This position is a member of the management team reporting directly to the President/CEO.

This individual will lead the operation of the consumer lending, mortgage, business lending and collection functions to ensure effective delivery of lending products and services. Excellent PC skills, time management, oral and written communication, exceptional leadership, analytical and superb organizational skills are required.

The ideal candidate should possess credit union / banking experience with a minimum of two years experience in business/commercial lending. Also required is a solid understanding of and commitment to regulatory compliance. An undergraduate degree and/or professional designation would be a significant positive.

Optical Imaging Clerk - Vermont State Employees CU

Performs task related to scanning, indexing and filing documents to preserve and store them securely. The position is responsible for performing basic equipment maintenance and request assistance when complex problems occur with the equipment. This position helps support records management by assisting other departments, individual staff members and our members.

The qualified candidate should have the following job competences: ability to be efficient, organized and comfortable working under pressure, working knowledge of scanning and microfilmer equipment, and have the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.

 

Part-time Member Service Consultant - Vermont State Employees CU

This position in the Williston Branch will cover full days for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and half days on Saturdays. The Member Service Consultant serves our members through personal contact to assist with a wide range of financial transactions such as opening new accounts, provide information on accounts, originating consumer loans and resolve problems related to our products and services.

The candidate should have basic knowledge of credit union products, sound knowledge and ability to cross sell products and services, excellent member service and communications skills and good computer skills. One or more years experience in a financial institution or similar field preferred.
