Call Center Manager - Heritage Family Credit Union (11/21)

Financial Services Representative / Teller - Heritage Family Credit Union (11/21)
Heritage Family has two full time Financial Services Representative/Teller openings at their Bennington and Londonderry branches. Each position will provide world class member service to both credit union members and co-workers. This is a combined role between the Teller position and the Financial Services Representative (FSR) position. Tellers perform a broad variety of transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with a high degree of accuracy. FSRs provide consumer loans including installment, Visa and overdraft LOC. Other duties also include cross-selling products and services appropriate to member needs, answering members’ questions regarding credit union services provided.

Generalist (Windsor)- Covered Bridge Credit Union (10/10)
The generalist utilizes a broad knowledge of credit union products and services, policies and procedures, rules and regulations.   Functions as:
  • The Loan Specialist – Prepare, analyze, process and document all required forms and related documentation for consumer loan products.  Ensure that the credit and collection policies and procedures of the credit union are applied and best serve the credit union and its members.
  • Back up for the MSR – Work teller line, open and close accounts, answer member account questions.
  • Back up for EFT Clerk – Process Daily ACH reports, balance electronic journals and service Debit cards and ATM machines.
A significant amount of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.  Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a personal and sensitive nature.  Work involves a significant amount of judgment and may involve educating, motivating or influencing others.

Applicant must possess strong math and accounting abilities and must be competent with general office equipment and computers with various software. Proficiencies in MS word and Excel spreadsheets are especially desired.

Financial Analyst (Burlington) - NorthCountry Federal Credit Union (9/26)
We are in search of a savvy Financial Analyst for our progressive, growing $450 million community credit union in beautiful Burlington, Vermont.  The Financial Analyst is responsible for executing our ALM program, creating high-level reports, and monitoring various financial functions under supervision of the EVP.  A demonstrated ability to develop quantitative reporting and analysis, a critical thought process and a solutions-based approach to problem-solving are necessary.

Responsible for creating value added reports and analysis for the credit union. Primary responsibilities include executing the credit union's ALM program, reporting, analysis, and monitoring of various financial functions. Must have a strong background in Excel and data base software, a demonstrated ability to develop quantitative reporting and analysis, a critical thought process and a solutions-based approach to problem-solving.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Aggregates, processes and analyzes data across multiple risk management systems, to include Asset Liability Model assumptions, assisting in preparation of annual budget and financial
forecasts, net interest margin forecasts, liquidity stress testing analysis, gap and duration analysis, interest rate risk analysis to include net income simulation and net economic value analysis
utilizing various sensitivity parameters.

2. Documents, communicates and interprets model results and methodologies to internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve existing risk management processes.

3. Provide analysis of potential impacts of emerging regulation, existing or proposed products and services, member profitability, channel usage, member relationships, household demographics and product pricing.

4. Generate and maintain investment files. Evaluate potential investments based on research and regulatory requirements.

5. Developing an understanding of the credit union's financial risk management infrastructure,applicable regulations, policies, and processes, along with the systems used to extract, populate and analyze data and comply with regulation and corporate governance.

Requirements:  Five years to eight years of similar or related experience. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Math preferred. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating, influencing or training others.

Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others. Five+ years financial institution experience preferred. Asset Liability Management experience required Strong analytical and communication skills required, proven decision making skills, and independent learning skills. PC skills to include MS Office, specifically Excel and Access.

Consumer Loan Officer (Barre) - One Credit Union (9/19)
One Credit Union is currently seeking an experienced Consumer Loan Officer to join our team.   The ideal candidate will have a minimum of (3) three years lending experience, a very outgoing personality, strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.
