Loan Support Specialist II - Vermont Federal Credit Union (2/5)

Job Description: The Loan Support Specialist is responsible for a variety of consumer lending support functions such as; managing the timely resolution of consumer loan helpdesks, overseeing the tracking and release of all consumer loan collateral, performing all functions related to the collateral protection insurance program and GAP, MPB, and Payment Protection offerings, and preparing consumer loan production reporting in a timely and accurate fashion. Contact Center Manager - New England Federal Credit Union (1/29)

NEFCU is looking for an experienced person to direct the operations of our 20+ FTE Contact Center. The Contact Center Manager implements contact center strategies, assesses capacity, does needs assessment and establishes staff and technical requirements for successful operations. Branch Manager II (Springfield) - One Credit Union (1/21)

The branch manager II will be responsible for branch sales, business development, operations, service level, and culture of an office with 7 or more employees. The branch manager will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and supporting all member facing employees including but not limited to loan officers, tellers, member service representatives and teller supervisors.  This position is FLSA Exempt (salaried) and reports to the Operations Manager.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Must insure that all members receive truly unparalleled service in all situations
  • Needs to balance risk with member service to ensure the organization is protected while also offering unparalleled service
  • Responsible for all sales and service goals for the office as set by the credit union
  • Works closely with team on achieving sales goals while maintaining operational excellence

Required Skills:
  • 4-5 years of experience in a sales environment with a solid track record (including cross selling)

  • Great interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills

Head Teller (Middlebury/Vergennes) - Vermont Federal Credit Union (1/15)

Job Description:  This position is responsible for teller line operations along with scheduling and directing daily activity of tellers in collaboration with the Branch Manager. IT Support Specialist A - NorthCountry Federal Credit Union (1/15)

Company Detail: Chocolate Bayou Community Federal Credit Union has come a long way since its humble beginnings on July 13, 1962. That’s when seven chemical company employees had the foresight to obtain a federal charter to form the Monsanto Chocolate Bayou Federal Credit Union. The credit union’s stated purpose was to promote thrift among its members by affording them an opportunity to “accumulate their savings and to create for them a source of credit for provident or productive purposes.” Assets reached the $1 million dollar mark and the membership totaled 1,000 by the end of 1969.
