Application Support Analyst - New England Federal Credit Union (6/17)

The Application Support Analyst is responsible for the implementation and testing of banking software programs as directed by the department manager. Call Center Representatives (South Burlington) - Vermont Federal Credit Union (6/17)

Job Description: Vermont Federal Credit Union is searching for two Call Center Representatives based out of the South Burlington Branch. Responsibilities include assisting members and potential members with their telephone, on-line and e-mail requests. In addition, answer questions about products and services and resolving problems that are within their authority to resolve. Problems that are beyond their authority are communicated to the supervisor, along with their recommendations. This person cross sells opportunities and services to members, they also maintain member account information on the computer system and ensures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared. Director of Marketing - Members Advantage Community Credit Union (6/10)

Head Teller (St. Albans market) - Vermont Federal Credit Union (6/10)

Job Description: In collaboration with the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for leading teller line operations through scheduling and directing daily activity of tellers. This position will work with the Branch Manager to recognize and develop areas of improving teller staff performance through coaching and cross training. Conducts staff meetings to keep teller staff informed of policy or procedure changes.

The right candidate will be responsible for in branch training of new staff, assisting with performance reviews, and informing manager of potential issues and may be involved in corrective action process. Marketing Communications Coordinator - Vermont Federal Credit Union (5/6)

Job Description: This position will assist in advertising and sales promotions as well as oversight of marketing communication vehicles, our intranet, maintaining the web site and will be responsible for the organization’s SEO and Google AdWords efforts . Branch Manager (Burlington) - Vermont Federal Credit Union (4/22)
