Branch Manager (Burlington) - Vermont Federal Credit Union (4/22)

Job Description: This candidate will be responsible for administering all daily operations of assigned branch office in Burlington, which includes supervising, scheduling, coaching, recruitment, and administering performance evaluations for branch staff. In addition, this candidate will promote and model consultative sales and service culture and is responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned branch deposit and loan goals. As well as ensuring that established policies and procedures are consistently followed and that, members and prospective members are promptly and professionally served. The qualified individual will also be held accountable for ensuring that branch staff successfully build and maintain member relationships by actively uncovering members’ financial needs and offering solutions to meet those needs. This candidate must be able to handle all functions of the branch office, including operations, security, teller processing, account opening and loan processing. Chief Operating Officer - Arkansas Federal Credit Union (4/22)

Senior Business Lending Associate - Vermont Federal Credit Union (3/18)

Job Description: Vermont Federal Credit Union is searching for a Senior Business Lending Associate based out of the Burlington Branch.

The applicant will be responsible for duties related to business loan closings including drafting loan documents using ComplianceOne software, overseeing funding and disbursement of business loans, and coordinating closings. Head Teller (Burlington) - Vermont Federal Credit Union (3/15)

Job Description: In collaboration with the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for leading teller line operations through scheduling and directing daily activity of tellers. This position will work with the Branch Manager to recognize and develop areas of improving teller staff performance through coaching and cross training. Conducts staff meetings to keep teller staff informed of policy or procedure changes.

The right candidate will be responsible for in branch training of new staff, assisting with performance reviews, and informing manager of potential issues and may be involved in corrective action process. Data Processing Manager - VSECU (3/4)

The Data Processing Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of all support functions pertaining to processing of ACH/EFT, in clearing, payroll transactions/exceptions, ancillary check batches, card related activity and is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of mainframe information by making sure that the transaction reports and the daily processes and tasks are completed in a timely manner with no errors or exceptions.

  • Maintains an essential data report schedule to ensure processing of the daily information is done timely and the information is accurate.
  • Establishes monitoring protocols to ensure that tasks are completed and data processing is verified.
  • Recommends software applications that will provide automation of manual tasks within the department.
  • Understands compliance regulations applying to ACH, EFT, Reg E, Reg CC and Reg D and that staff are trained and understand the regulations and credit union practices relating to these regulations.
  • Manages and conducts employee’s performance reviews to ensure that the employees develop professionally and they are positioned to make contributions to the department and VSECU.

Education/Knowledge and Experience:
  • Associates degree in computer technology, data management, or business desirable with one to three year’s experience in data processing, operations, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
