Operations / Member Service (South Burlington) - Green Mountain Credit Union (1/16)
We are seeking a person with credit union or banking experience to join our team in South Burlington. The ideal candidate would have prior cash handling, teller and/or customer service experience and be well versed in operational programs such ACH, checking and credit card handling and processing. Knowledge of IRA, certificates of deposit and other financial services. Math and computer skills required as well as strong oral and written communication. Other duties also include cross-selling products and services appropriate to member needs and answering members’ questions regarding credit union services.

Marketing Specialist - Heritage Family Credit Union (1/9)
Heritage Family is looking for a full time Marketing Specialist! This position will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementation and administration of HFCU’s marketing campaigns and promotions. It will also coordinate the production of media, advertising and sales literature, participation in community events and production of newsletters, and perform a variety of creative and support duties related to the marketing functions within the credit union.

FULL TIME TELLER wanted for our Springfield, VT branch location.  Some work in other local branches (Chester, VT and Claremont, NH) may be required.

The ideal candidate would have prior cash handling, teller and/or customer service experience. Math and computer skills required as well as strong oral and written communications. Ability to work branch hours.

Call Center Manager - Heritage Family Credit Union (11/21)
Heritage Family is looking for a full time Call Center Manager to lead the operational efforts of our call center! This position will ensure that established policies and procedures are followed as well as train, direct, and supervise the call center staff. Some other responsibilities include coaching employees in call center operations and ensuring that members are served promptly and professionally.
