Consumer Loan Officer - One Credit Union (7/1)
One Credit Union is currently seeking an experienced Consumer Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of (1) one to (3) three years lending experience, a very outgoing personality, strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities include interviewing, data gathering, processing and closing of consumer loans. This Consumer Loan Officer will assist in making decisions on loan applications within prescribed parameters, and promote the credit union’s products and services. Mortgage lending experience is a plus.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma is a minimum requirement with a college degree desirable.

Business Services Representative - Heritage Family Credit Union (7/1)
Heritage Family Credit Union has a full time opening for a Business Services Representative. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with business members, supporting business account members and determining how the credit union can meet their financial needs. It will also serve as the liaison between the member and the business lender or branch staff. A successful candidate will have good organizational skills, as well as good communication and business writing skills.

Branch Manager - Vermont Federal Credit Union (6/26)
This candidate will be responsible for administering all daily operations of assigned branch office in Burlington, which includes supervising, scheduling, coaching, recruitment, and administering performance evaluations for branch staff. In addition, this candidate will promote and model consultative sales and service culture and is responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned branch deposit and loan goals. As well as ensuring that established policies and procedures are consistently followed and that, members and prospective members are promptly and professionally served. The qualified individual will also be held accountable for ensuring that branch staff successfully build and maintain member relationships by actively uncovering members’ financial needs and offering solutions to meet those needs. This candidate must be able to handle all functions of the branch office, including operations, security, teller processing, account opening and loan processing. Involvement in the community in which the branch office is located is required.

Requirements: A college degree and two to five years of similar or related experience. Experience in a financial institution preferred. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. This work may also involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary. Additional skills include proficiency with general office equipment and computers/software.

IS&T Technology Specialist - Heritage Family Credit Union (6/5)
Heritage Family Credit Union has a full time opening for a Technology Specialist. This position will support HFCU’s information system and network operations and assist with daily help desk functions as necessary on a wide range of requests across various software packages and hardware issues. This position will have primary responsibility for the Image Systems End of Day procedures and duties. Project management and coordination of IS&T projects and new system installations will be required.

Call Center Financial Services Representative - Heritage Family Credit Union (5/22)
Heritage Family Credit Union has a full time opening for a Call Center Financial Services Representative (FSR). This is a service position that provides World Class Member Service to both credit union members and employees. Serves members promptly while representing the credit union in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Performs a broad variety of transactional duties to serve members. Provide consumer loans including installment, Visa and overdraft line of credit. Duties also include cross-selling products and services appropriate to member needs. Consumer Loan Officer - Vermont Federal Credit Union (4/17)
Vermont Federal Credit Union is searching for a Consumer Loan Officer based out of the Milton Branch. Responsibilities include interviewing member loan applicants to develop information concerning their loan needs, earnings, and financial condition. Explains loan programs to members, evaluates their needs and recommends loan options. Keeps member informed of status of loan. Follows current loans to ensure compliance with terms and coordinates with collections when appropriate and keeps informed of current trends in consumer credit.  This candidate will analyze current financial position of members to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.  Makes decision to approve, disapprove, or forward the loan request to higher levels for decision. Prepare and/or review and disburse all loans, checks documents for completeness, accuracy and overall quality. In addition, assisting members with opening and closing accounts, answering questions about products and services, and resolving problems that are within their authority.  Recommends other Credit Union products and services as appropriate.
