Data Analytics Generalist - Vermont Federal Credit Union (7/17)
Vermont Federal Credit Union is searching for a full-time Data Analytics Generalist for our Burlington location. This newly created position will act as the lead for our Customer Relationship Manager System, CView.  The candidate will utilize CView to create queries, reports, charts and graphs in response to management requests for member, product and profitability information.  This position will work with the Financial Analyst to provide data for modeling budgets, "what if" scenarios, interest rate calculations and compile CRM data for analyses requested by ALCO.  This position is also responsible for working with the Marketing Department to analyze market trend and demographic data concerning current and potential members for use in advertising and marketing campaigns. The candidate will convey timely and accurate data to Management that will assist with identifying opportunities and trends, offer insights into member behavior, and provide context and support for strategic initiatives.

Requirements:  One year to three years of similar or related experience.  A college degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred.  A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required in addition to courtesy and tact.

Head Teller (Milton) - Vermont Federal Credit Union (7/17)
Vermont Federal Credit Union is searching for a Head Teller for our Milton location.  The primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of outstanding service to those members who use the Milton branch office teller services.  This is accomplished by developing teller line schedules along with directing, coaching and monitoring the daily activities of tellers in collaboration with the Branch Manager.  Responsible for the teller line operation within the branch environment and works with the Branch Manager on areas of teller staff development and performance coaching, to ensure smooth branch operations. This position conducts teller staff meetings to keep direct reports informed of policy or procedure changes. Responsible for daily cash requirements for the branch and manages vault and ATM cash at the branch to maintain established cash levels.  The Head Teller is also expected to understand all of the Credit Union deposit products and services so they can be a resource for not only the membership, but for the teller line staff.  In addition, this person is responsible for ongoing coaching of teller staff in keeping with our sales and service program and organizational sales and service goals and monitors department activities for compliance with established policy and regulations.

This candidate will be responsible for administering all daily operations of assigned branch office(s) in Middlebury and Vergennes, which includes supervising, scheduling, coaching, recruitment, and administering performance evaluations for branch staff. Residential Loan Processor (Burlington) - Vermont Federal Credit Union (4/25)
Vermont Federal Credit Union is recruiting for a full time Residential Loan Processor based out of our Burlington location.  The Residential Loan Processor reviews/stacks new files submitted and verifies all information in files for accuracy and compliance against application in LP/FICS.  Communicates with memos made in LP/FICS of findings for Underwriter.  This candidate will maintain constant contact with member throughout the loan process, communicating approval with conditions on Commitment Letter, following through to obtain each condition needed or request for missing information.  Orders title search, tax transcripts, social security verifications and utilization of the Work Number or Written Verifications of Employment, and contacting insurance companies with Mortgagee Clause update and send member a copy of their appraisal when received.  This role will work with members, attorneys and communicate with Loan Officers when the loan is prepared for closing.  In addition, prepare files for monthly audits, ensuring files are complete and in compliance and send to third party auditors and assist in documentation/findings from auditors results.

Job Requirements: Two to four years of similar or related experience.  Experience in a financial institution preferred.
